5-Ingredient Sriracha Sticky Sheet Pan Chicken Recipe | One Hungry Mama

This recipe is the latest in my DINNER IN FIVE series: My fastest, easiest recipes yet, each one made with just five ingredients (including one power ingredient), not including fat, salt, and pepper.

In this case, Sriracha pairs with vinegar, soy sauce, and just a couple of other ingredients — literally — for a dinner that comes together with hardly any effort. Because you can whisk for 30 seconds right?

No sweat required. Phew.

 

By the way, don’t be scared by the fact that Sriracha is a primary ingredient here. This is not particularly spicy — just full of flavor. If you want this to be spicy, though, it’s not a bad idea. Just add more Sriracha. A lot more. Mmmm.

 

5-Ingredient Sriracha Sticky Sheet Pan Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoons Sriracha (more if you like it spicy!
  • 1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • Cooking spray (to grease wire rack)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and Sriracha to a medium bowl and whisk until the honey dissolves. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Leave the chicken, with as much of it submerged in the marinade as possible, for as little as 30 minutes and as long as overnight.
  2. When ready to cook, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean up and place a wire rack that's been lightly sprayed with cooking spray over the top. (If you don't have a wire rack, you'll need to flip the chicken half way through cooking time.) Bake 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
