One of the things that I hear from you over and over is concern that your little ones aren’t getting enough protein. The good news is that you’re probably overestimating how much protein your kid needs, even for a growing boy or girl. But that said, it’s always good to have healthy, protein-rich recipes on hand, especially for kiddo’s lunch box.

Check out my favorite quick, easy ideas for how to put together a protein-packed school lunch. Yes, lean meat is one of my suggestions, but I give a few fresh ideas for how to pack it up.
