{recipe} Easiest Chocolate Covered Banana Pops

chocolate covered banana pops

Don’t hate me because I’m genius.

Okay. Maybe not genius, but I did come up with a pretty clever use for homemade magic shell. One that yields frozen chocolate covered bananas in an instant (and even on a stick, if you like!).

It only took frozen banana pieces, homemade magic shell and five minutes to make these:

Chocolate Covered Banana Pops

Just put in 10 minutes worth of prep at least one day ahead of time and you’ll be ready to make these pops whenever the mood strikes. Because that’s how you roll when you’ve got homemade magic shell on hand.

Check ’em out: my Easiest Chocolate Covered Banana Pops (can be shared with kids 12+ mos)* on Momtastic.

*Note: Though there is nothing in these treats that cannot be shared with kids younger, I recommend this recipe starting at 12 months due to the high sugar content. No matter at what age you share these with your child, be sure to serve age appropriate portions. Just one pop goes a long way!
