{food & learning} Marshmallow Construction Project

marshmallow building

Marshmallow Building, image from Classic Play

I love projects that help kids learn about food. But you know what else I love? Projects that use food to help kids learn about other stuff. Like this building project that uses just mini-marshmallows and toothpicks.

Snack. Learn math. Estimate. Snack some more. Throw in some physics. Build, build, build.

Genius!

I found this on the awesomely smart and fun site Classic Play. Go there now for easy directions and great photos of this fabulous marshmallow arts and crafts project.
