{recipe} Easy Breezy–Maybe Boozy–Eggnog Bread Pudding

Eggnog Bread Pudding

I love me some eggnog. Boozy or not. Made with raw egg or the cooked kind (the kind you should share with young kids). Traditional or with a latin twist.

I also love me some bread pudding. Humble or fancy. Made with sliced bread or (my favorite) a crusty french loaf. Simple or chock full of add in’s.

Put the two together in this easy Eggnog Bread Pudding (can be shared with kids 10+ mos*) and you’ve got a heavenly holiday dessert. Because there’s more to your holiday sweets than cookie and pie.

*Note: Since you’ll bake the bread pudding, it’s safe to share this with young kids even if made with a non-cooked eggnog. You may not want to share this with young kids, though, if using a boozy eggnog. You can share this with children younger than 10+ months, though I don’t recommend that due to the relatively high sugar content.

That looks soo good! My husband adores both eggnog and bread pudding so maybe I’ll surprise him New Years Eve with this one. He’s always begging me to make my chocolate cinnamon-raisen bread, bread pudding. I love the idea of coconut in egg nog! Thanks for the recipes 🙂
