I love me a festive holiday breakfast. I don’t love me the stress of making a festive holiday breakfast when I also need to make a big, festive holiday dinner. My solution? The make-ahead breakfast.
You make them the night before, you finish or warm them up—largely unattended—the morning of. Barely any work, no cleanup (except the dishes you use) and you get to start your busy day sharing a delicious breakfast with your adorable family.
