I’m especially proud of these.
I’ve managed to turn the classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich into a warm, comforting muffin. Full of bursting concord grapes, these are, at once, playful and sophisticated. And did I mention that they taste just like peanut butter and jelly? Yea, so that makes these tasty, too. Can’t forget that.
You’ve got to check this muffin recipe out. Stat. (Really. Stat. Concord grapes aren’t around for long!) Double the recipe, make a bunch and freeze. A quick warm up in the oven or microwave restores their homey perfection. And, if you can manage to keep your hands off, they also pack well in kiddo’s lunchbox. (Or yours.)
