These chocolate cupcakes, frosted with my Chocolate Marshmallow Peanut Butter Frosting and topped with crumbled peanut butter cups are not for the faint-of-heart (or for the very little ones—healthier treats for them coming soon). But, with all the best flavors of all the best candy bars rolled into one over-the-top treat, they sure are fun. And delicious.
