I cut up the most delicious cantaloupe I’ve had in ages this morning. Me and big Hungry Boy enjoyed wedges straight from the cutting board, and I threw some chunks into my trusty Beaba Babycook with a few leaves of fresh mint for the Hungry Baby.
As I poured the baby’s fresh fruit and herb puree into a lil bowl, I realized that I had the stuff of popsicle gold. Cantaloupe Mint pops? Who’s going to turn that down. This is not just baby food, folks! You can also mix some in with plain yogurt with (for people over 12+ mos) a drizzle of honey. Now, if only me and my big guy could show enough self control to wait for the puree to be made!
